Day 01: Shimla:
Up on arrival at Delhi / Chandigarh Kalka . Pick up and transfer to the hotel where you check in and spend the evening in leisure or shopping at The Mall. Overnight in Shimla(Distance from Delhi: 345 Kms / from Chandigarh: 114 Kms driving distance from Kalka: 72 Kms)

Day 02: Shimla:
After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing. Sightseeing Points: The Mall, The Ridge, Naldehra Golf Course, Shimla State Museum, Rashtrapati Niwas, Jakhu Temple, Green Valley, Christ Church. Overnight in Shimla

Day 03: Shimla – Manali
 After breakfast, check out and transfer to Manali. Check into the hotel and spend the evening in leisure. Overnight in Manali. (Distance: 300 Kms):

Day 04: Manali:
After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing. Sightseeing Points: Tibetan monasteries, Hidimba Temple, Vashisht Temple and water springs. Overnight in Manali

Day 05: Manali:
After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing. Sightseeing Points: Solang Valley, . Overnight in Manali
Note: Visit to Rohtang pass depends on weather conditions and clearance given by The Indian Army. Separate vehicle with entry permit you will have to hire for the same on the spot. Vehicular traffic will be allowed as per government order. Woollen dreeses and ski equipments are available on hire for sports activities

Day 06: Manali – Dharamshala
After breakfast, check out and transfer to Dharamshala. Enroute visit Gyuto Monastery. Check into the hotel and spend the evening in leisure. Overnight in Dharamshala(Distance: 215 Kms):

Day 07: Dharamshala:
After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing. Sightseeing points: Dal Lake, Bhagsunag Falls, Tsuglag Khang complex with Namgyal Monastery, Kangra Fort (optional). Overnight in Dharamshala

Day 08: Dharamshala - Dalhousie :
After breakfast, check out and transfer to Dalhousie. Check into the hotel and proceed for sightseeing. Sightseeing Points: St. Andrew’s church, St. John’s church, Panchpula, Satdhara, Barapathar, Jandrighat. Overnight in Dalhousie(Distance:  125 Kms)

Day 09: Dalhousie:
After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing. Sightseeing Points: Kaltop Wildlife Sanctuary, Khajjar, Dainkund Peak. Experience zorbing and pargliding in Khajjar (optional). Overnight in Dalhousie

Day 10: Dalhousie – Pathankot/Delhi/Chandigarh (Departure):

After breakfast, check out and transfer for your journey back home

  • Carry all your ATM and credit cards, and take care of your ready money also.
  • If visiting a temple, it is advised to adhere to the code and conduct of the temple.
  • Dispose all litter carefully. Plastic bags are banned in Himachal
  • Dispose bio degradable/ non degradable waste properly while you are exploring Himalayas.
  • Avoid eating while travelling to a higher altitude to avoid nausea/ vomiting.
  • Avoid travelling or driving late in the night due to low visibility and safety issues
  • Some monuments may require special permissions for photography or filming. 
  • Tourists intended to take adventure activities are advised to seek necessary permissions if required
  • Vehicular traffic is restricted in certain areas
  • Water may freeze in high altitude areas, thus, thermos is recommended
  • Keep heavy woollen clothing, rubber soled shoes, gloves, torch, food (energy bars, dry fruits, packaged food etc.), water, some instrument to lit fire (match box/ lighter etc.) handy
  • It is highly advised to not stand near the cliff or on the bolder or near the bank of the river or step into the river for photographs etc. since water currents in rivers of Himachal Pradesh are very strong

  • In the event above mentioned hotels are not available another hotels of similar standard will be provided, especially during high/peak season.
  • Package rates quoted are calculated at the prevailing rates and are subject to change in the event government changes the tax policy/ if hotels change their rates or for situations beyond control of Trinity Air Travel& Tours Pvt Ltd.
  • Packages rates quoted shall also vary due to changes in the itinerary, hotels, car and the number of persons travelling.
  • The package names (Deluxe & Super deluxe/premium) are based on tariff and quality of hotels- not the room category/star category.
  • Extra expenses incurred for transportation/accommodation due to delay, any natural or political disturbances like landslides, strikes, road blocks etc. must be borne by you on tour .
  • Individual passengers are responsible for safety of personal/ valuable belongings.
  • Hotel vouchers will be mailed to you on PDF format on receipt of full payment and it may take 3-4 days (except for urgent bookings).
  • Driver contact details will be given  only 01 day  prior to the commencement of your tour (between 5.00 pm- 7 pm) 
  • Air conditioning in the car/transport will be turned off while climbing Hills  
  • You are advised to carry a copy of your ID Proof and to present it to the hotel at the time of check in. (compulsory  Rule by Government of India)
  • You are advised to look at the reviews about hotels you are staying before booking the package. 


Advance payment: 50%  advance payment should be made to hold the booking on confirmed basis for all the services contracted. It will be the right of the Trinity Air Travel &Tours Pvt Ltd to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service and the time left for the commencement of the tour. Full payment is required to be received in advance for the bookings during the peak season.

Cancellation charges:
1) If notification of a trip cancellation is received by email: 
Before 30 days – 10 % of the tour cost
Before 20-30 days – 25  % of the tour cost
Before  10-20 days -   50  % of the tour cost
Before  10 days -   100  % of the tour cost
2) Separate cancellation policy will be applicable for 5 star hotels &bookings during high/peak season and the bookings made to the hotels which are out of our tender

Refund if any, of the cancelled booking will be given within 30 days after your notification.
