Day 01: Delhi: 
Arrival at Delhi Airport/ New Delhi/ Nizamuddin Railway Station. Pick up and transfer to the hotel where you check in and spend the evening in leisure or proceed for sightseeing. Sightseeing Points: Raj Ghat Village/ Red Fort and Chandni chowk & India Gate. Overnight in Delhi

Day 02: Delhi:
After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing. Sightseeing Points: Humayun’s Tomb, Qutub Minar, Jantar Mantar, Lotus Temple, shopping at Saket Malls/ Sarojini Nagar/ Lajpat Nagar/ Delhi Haat (INA Market). Overnight in Delhi

Day 03: Delhi – Agra (Distance: 212 Kms):
After breakfast, check out early and transfer to Agra. Check into the hotel and proceed for sightseeing. Sightseeing Points: Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, & Mehtab Baugh. Overnight in Agra

Day 04: Agra – Jaipur (Distance: 242 Kms): 
After breakfast, check out early and transfer to Jaipur. Enroute visit Fatehpur Sikhri. Check into the hotel . Spend the evening in leisure or take an optional tour to Chokhi Dani. Overnight in Jaipur

Day 05: Jaipur:
After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing. Sightseeing Points: Hawa Mahal, City Palace Museum, Jantar Mantar, Albert Museum, Nahargarh Fort, Amber Fort, Jal Mahal, Birla Mandir, Shopping at Johri Bazaar. Overnight in Jaipur

Day 06: Jaipur (Departure):
After breakfast, check out and transfer for your journey back home

Via Road: Delhi being the capital of India is well connected to other states through national & state highways 

Some tips : 
  • Carry all your ATM and credit cards, and take care of your ready money also.
  • Carry all necessary documents especially your ID Proof if visiting Kashmir as Srinagar being a little tight on military security
  • All foreigners are required to register themselves at the Foreigners Regional Registration Office, at its Airport counter or at the Foreigners Regional Registration Office, Residency (Shervani) Road. Open: 10 AM to 4 PM.
  • At Srinagar, there are lengthy and multiple security checks. Also note that hand luggage, other than laptop and digital camera, is not permitted when departing from the airport.
  • If you have a cell phone with a prepaid connection, your SIM will not work as roaming has been blocked in Kashmir due to security reasons (postpaid connections are fine)
  • If visiting a temple, it is advised to adhere to the code and conduct of the temple.
  • Kashmir is a conservative area and hence should be dressed appropriately.
  • Dispose all litter carefully. Plastic bags are banned in Himachal
  • Dispose bio degradable/ non degradable waste properly while you are exploring Himalayas.
  • Tourists intended to take adventure activities are advised to seek necessary permissions if required
  • It is advised not to travel alone at night, especially in sparsely populated localities
  • Plan your metro ride well since there are various routes and can turn out to be confusing
  • Plan to visit Taj Mahal in the morning to avoid crowds
  • Keep yourself hydrated by consuming lot of fluids and fruits
  • When in Himachal, avoid eating while travelling to a higher altitude to avoid nausea/ vomiting. & avoid travelling or driving late in the night due to low visibility and safety issues
  • Photography is prohibited or prior to special permission at some places. Except camera all electronic equipments are prohibited at Taj Mahal. It is prohibited in the main masoleum
  • Bazaars form a crucial part of Delhi. Devout ample time for street shopping. Most of the shops in Old Delhi are closed on Sundays
  • Most businesses shut for prayer at lunchtime on Friday in Kashmir
  • Beware of fake items, especially the marble souvenirs if you buy from roadside sellers in Agra
  • There is always heavy traffic during full moon. Only a limited number are permit to view the Taj Mahal during night viewing, so plan ahead if you want to view the Taj in moonlight
  • No vehicles are allowed within 500 mts radius of Taj Mahal
  • Vehicular traffic is restricted in certain areas in Himachal
  • Water may freeze in high altitude areas, thus, thermos is recommended
  • Keep heavy woollen clothing, rubber soled shoes, gloves, torch, food (energy bars, dry fruits, packaged food etc.), water, some instrument to lit fire (match box/ lighter etc.) handy
  • It is highly advised to not stand near the cliff or on the bolder or near the bank of the river or step into the river for photographs etc. since water currents in rivers of Himachal Pradesh are very strong

  • In the event above mentioned hotels are not available another hotels of similar standard will be provided, especially during high/peak season.
  • Package rates quoted are calculated at the prevailing rates and are subject to change in the event government changes the tax policy/ if hotels change their rates or for situations beyond control of Trinity Air Travel& Tours Pvt Ltd.
  • Packages rates quoted shall also vary due to changes in the itinerary, hotels, car and the number of persons travelling.

  • Extra expenses incurred for transportation/accommodation due to delay, any natural or political disturbances like landslides, strikes, road blocks etc. must be borne by you on tour .

  • Hotel vouchers will be mailed to you on PDF format on receipt of full payment and it may take 3-4 days (except for urgent bookings).

  • Air conditioning in the car/transport will be turned off while climbing Hills  
  • You are advised to carry a copy of your ID Proof and to present it to the hotel at the time of check in. (compulsory  Rule by Government of India)
  • You are advised to look at the reviews about hotels you are staying before booking the package. 


Advance payment: 50%  advance payment should be made to hold the booking on confirmed basis for all the services contracted. It will be the right of the Trinity Air Travel &Tours Pvt Ltd to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service and the time left for the commencement of the tour. Full payment is required to be received in advance for the bookings during the peak season.

Cancellation charges:
1) If notification of a trip cancellation is received by email: 
Before 30 days – 10 % of the tour cost
Before 20-30 days – 25  % of the tour cost
Before  10-20 days -   50  % of the tour cost
Before  10 days -   100  % of the tour cost
2) Separate cancellation policy will be applicable for 5 star hotels &bookings during high/peak season and the bookings made to the hotels which are out of our tender

Refund if any, of the cancelled booking will be given within 30 days after your notification.
