Day1
Bagdogra Airport - Gangtok (Distance: 130 Kms. / 05 Hrs. approx. drive one way)
Meet and greet on arrival at Bagdogra International Airport and transfer to Gangtok (5,500 Ft.). On arrival, check in to the hotel. Evening at leisure on your own. Dinner at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel in Gangtok.

Day2
Excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir (Distance: 60 Kms. / 03 Hrs. approx. drive one way)
After breakfast, start for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft./37 km/02 hours from Gangtok) and further drive to Baba Mandir (13,200 ft./16 km/01 hours from Tsomgo Lake). Evening back to Gangtok. Dinner at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel in Gangtok. Note: • Documents for Tsomgo Lake & New Baba Mandir – 02 Passport Size Photo along with Photocopy of Photo ID Proof (Passport or Driving License or Voter ID (Pan Card & Adhaar Card is not accepted). For Children under 18 years, Birth Certificate / School Id / College Id are must. Original needs to carry while travelling. • If Nathula Pass is Operational and we get the permit & permission from Military then we can visit Nathula Pass. Nathula Pass is totally depending upon the permit availability & Military permission.

Day3
Gangtok Full Day Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, start for a full-day city tour covering Tashi viewpoint, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, the flower show, the Namgyal Institute of Tibetology (closed on Sunday), Dro-dul Chorten, Gonjang Monastery and Ban Jhakri Falls Park (subject to operational) (a maximum of 6 hours). Return to the hotel. Dinner at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel in Gangtok.

Gangtok - Darjeeling (Distance: 100 Kms. / 04 Hrs. approx. drive one way)
After breakfast, check out of the hotel and then transfer to Darjeeling (6,950 ft.). En route, visit Chardham Temple at Namchi. Then proceed to Darjeeling. On arrival, check in to the hotel. Evening free for leisure on your own. Dinner at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel in Darjeeling.

Darjeeling Full Day Sightseeing with Tiger Hill
Early morning (4:00 AM), visit Tiger Hill (subject to availability of a permit or token), and then back to the hotel. After breakfast, starting at 08.30 AM, visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (subject to operation), P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Batasia Loop (subject to operation), Tenzing Rock, Tea Garden (outer view), Peace Pagoda and Japanese Temple. Evening free for shopping or leisure. Dinner at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel in Darjeeling.

Darjeeling - Bagdogra Airport (Distance: 80 Kms. / 03 Hrs. approx. drive one way)
After breakfast, check out of the hotel and then transfer to Bagdogra International Airport for your onward journey back to your hometown with sweet memories.

Terms & Conditions
Baba Mandir is new baba mandir:Permit required for Tsomgo Lake/New Baba Mandir. It is mandatory that guests carry a copies of a passport-size photograph, original photo ID proof, and photocopy (identity card voter ID card passport, or driving licence) for processing the permit. Aadhar Card or PAN Card: not acceptable for issuance of the Permit.
About Vehicle:
Due to vehicle-parking difficulty, most of the areas are restricted to entry of vehicles, and a specific time is allotted for entries. Kindly follow the time strictly as given to you. In No Parking Zones, the vehicle will get parked in an available parking area. In such a case, you will have to wait for the vehicle to come to your designated area. Please be patient as the driver will have to come through traffic.
All hill destinations are 3 to 5 hrs. Drive from station or airport. So, we do not recommend traveling in inadequate daylight.
In unavoidable circumstances you may have to stay back at Siliguri at an additional cost. If there is any late arrival at NJP railway station, we suggest you consider the safety of the station.
Keeping in mind the road condition of any hilly region, the guest should decide upon themselves (with their train and flight timings) as to when they should start the departure transfer. We suggest a buffer time of 2 hours at least.The guests should always keep cool with the drivers as they are not tourism-educated and come from different remote villages.
We would appreciate it if the guests do not listen to the drivers as most of the time, they misguide the passengers. In such instances we would request them to contact our executive.
As most of the services are on a point-to-point basis, it is obvious that the drivers would also keep changing. Keeping this in mind please ensure that you do not leave your belongings in the vehicle as there is very little possibility of getting them back. Always check your baggage before leaving the vehicle.
In this sector the same vehicles will not be provided for the entire tour, it will be changed sector-wise.
If any tourist spot is not covered which falls on closing day & if they want to do the same on next day, then they have to pay the extra cost for the vehicle.
If guests want any changes in their sightseeing schedule, they should be informed to our executive 01 week before, after that no changes are allowed.Category of Rooms in the packages normally remains to base category of rooms.
A valid photo ID proof for all guests staying at the hotel is mandatory.
For Extra adults in the room, we will provide extra mattress or roll away bed. Most of the hotels have no provision of an extra bed.
Operator reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of days in each destination and without compromising with any services.
In this area almost all the hotels do not have a lift facility and in all the hotels the guests will have to climb stairs. In case if any guest is having problem of blood pressure, knee or other ailment for which they cannot climb the higher floors they will have to intimate us during the time of booking so that we can try to arrange rooms at the lowest possible floor of the hotel enabling the guest to climb the minimum number of stairs.
About Transfers:
Transfer from Bagdogra/NJP railway station will be provided from 06:00 hrs. To 17:00 hrs.
About Hotel:
Check-in 14:00 hrs. / Check-out time is 10:00 hrs.
The tourism infrastructure in Sikkim & Darjeeling is not very developed and one should not expect or compare it with the standards of plains & other developed destinations there is always scarcity of water and power in the region and so - you would come across situation like water (hot) being supplied on time basis – morning & evening. Room Heater available with an extra cost Bourn by the guest directly.
Nathula Pass:
v The Permission for Nathula Pass is completely subject to availability. We cannot give you any guarantee for nathula pass but we will try.
v Nathula visit is subject to availability of permit & road condition. It can be done on the same day with Tsomgo Lake – Baba Mandir, except Monday. Only limited permits are issued by the Sikkim Tourism Department before 24 hrs. Of tour (OR on the day of tour depends on road condition) to those travel agencies registered with Sikkim Tourism Department on Rotation basis. It is closed on Monday. NAME, ADDRESS, AGE & GENDER i.e. naming list of all guests traveling are required for processing of permit. Normally organizing permit at the eleventh hour is not possible, minimum time required is 72 hours before the arrival to apply the permit with all documents. We will try our best, but in case of non-availability of permit, the tour will only be to New Baba Mandir.
v As permit is mandatory and very limited number of permits are issued per day for visiting Nathula, Guest must travel by any car whichever is available (like Xylo/Scorpio/Maxx/Bolero/Sumo) as per permit issued. We cannot give any choice on Vehicle type. This is to inform you that in order to control and send more tourists to Nathula pass, the department of tourism after consulting with travel agents laid down the following rules: -
v The Indian Army allows visiting Nathula from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM only. Guests have to start early from Gangtok. If a guest delays in starting ex Gangtok, we cannot guarantee the visit in spite of having confirmed permit.
v In high season limited permits will be issued by authorities. We will try to get the permit but if we will not get the permit then we will refund the supplement amount after the end of the tour.
General Information:
Ø Please maintain the timing for the sightseeing / transfers which will be advisable by our executive.
Ø The tour executive reserves the right to make changes or omit any place of visit, if it becomes necessary due to bad weather, bad road, strike or band, security reason etc.
Ø Kindly inform us if they are senior citizens or have health-related issues (like arthritis, heart problems etc.) or any such matter which might need special arrangements. Some itineraries will not be suitable for them, and we will suggest accordingly.
Ø The security concerns, driver's working hours etc. will be kept in mind while planning the tour and sightseeing.
Ø We try to ensure that the sightseeing points do not fall on closing day. Incase due to inevitable situation if the sightseeing falls on a closing day, it will have to be left out. Conducting that particular tour or sightseeing point the next day will be subject to time availability. Weather in the region is unpredictable. We have kept your sightseeing related with nature flexible.
Ø The region's prime tourist interest is its Nature and eco-friendly atmosphere. The facilities available here cannot be matched with other developed destinations.
