Itinerary
  • Day1
    Cochin – Munnar (Approx. 135 Kms / 4½ Hrs)

    Upon arrival at Kochi Airport or Railway Station, meet and greet by the local Tour Representative and transfer to Munnar. As you drive to Munnar enjoy some waterfalls and natural scenic spots. On arrival at Munnar check into Hotel and rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight stay at Munnar.

  • Day2
    Munnar

    After the refreshing breakfast, enjoy the day as you visit and enjoy local sightseeing of speed boat ride at Mattupetty Dam, View Tea Garden / Tata Tea Museum, Echo Point and the Eravikulam (Rajamalai) National Park. Later drive back to your hotel for overnight stay.

  • Day3
    Munnar – Thekkady (Approx. 105 Kms / 3½ Hrs)

    After the breakfast, check out of Munnar Hotel and proceed to Thekkady (Periyar). Periyar is one of the best wildlife reserves of Kerala. Enroute visit and enjoy free time for shopping at Kumily Spice Village. After arriving at Thekkady (Periyar), check in at the hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure where you are free to indulge in the activities of your interest at an extra cost. Overnight stay at Thekkady.

  • Day4
    Thekkady - Alleppey houseboat (Approx. 130 Kms / 4 Hrs)

    After the refreshing breakfast, check enjoy the visit to Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary by boat in Periyar Lake (Subject to Operation). Later check out of the hotel and proceed to Alleppey. At Alleppey, enjoy the backwater cruise as it will take you on a spin across the backwaters, and you can enjoy the scenic little villages and local markets that border the canals. Later proceed to check in to houseboat and overnight stay.

  • Day5
    Alleppey – Kovalam (4½ hrs)

    After the sumptuous breakfast, check out of Alleppey houseboat and enjoy your journey as you proceed to for Kovalam. On arrival at Kovalam, check in to the hotel and relax. Overnight at Kovalam.

  • Day6
    Kovalam – Kanyakumari – Kovalam (3 hrs)

    Today after the refreshing breakfast, enjoy the day’s excursion to Kanyakumari. On arriving at Kanyakumari, explore the extremely popular Vivekananda Rock Memorial and other famous temples. In the evening, return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Kovalam.

  • Day7
    Kovalam – Trivandrum (Approx. 45 Kms / 1 Hr)

    After the breakfast, check out of Kovalam hotel and proceed to Trivandrum. On arrival, enjoy the city sightseeing covering the prime tourist attractions such as the City Museum, Shri Chitra Art Gallery and Padmanabha Swamy Temple. Later transfer to the Airport or Railway Station to board the flight or train to hometown or next destination with lots of memories to cherish for longtime.

Terms & Conditions
Package rates quoted are calculated at the prevailing rates on Twin sharing and are subject to change in the event government changes the tax policy/ if hotels change their rates or for situations beyond control of Trinity World Holidays Pvt Ltd.
 Packages rates quoted shall also vary due to changes in the itinerary, hotels, car and the number of persons travelling.
 Extra expenses incurred for transportation/accommodation due to delay, any natural or political disturbances like landslides, strikes, road blocks etc. must be borne by you on tour.
Christmas Gala dinner for 24th December and New Year Gala dinner for 31st December will be charged extra. 
Individual passengers are responsible for safety of personal/ valuable belongings.
Hotel vouchers will be mailed to you on PDF format on receipt of full payment  .
 Driver contact details will be given  only 01 day  prior to the commencement of your tour (between 5.00 pm- 7 pm) 
Air conditioning in the car/transport will be turned off while climbing Hills.
Room heater is not included in the package. It's available with applicable charges, payable
directly at hotel
Non Ac rooms are provided in all hill stations.
Cab service will be provided as per itinerary, not on disposal basis. Cab Service booked (If any) in the package will be operational from 9 AM till 7 PM only. Cab will
not be available after this time, until and otherwise mentioned specifically.
In case of Triple sharing room, rolling mattress  (Extra bed)will be provided for third person
Given hotels and rooms are on confirmed state but in case of any unexpected situation or any
technical fault which lead to the cancellation/overbooking of any booked Hotel, Trinity world holidays reserves
rights to change the hotel and provide any other hotel of similar standard.
 In case of non-payment of package cost or any unpaid component of the Package, the voucher
shall stands null and void
Trinity World holidays entire liability to the Client for any claim arising out of this Package / browsing the
website/ application, shall be limited to the amount equivalent to the price paid by the Client for
the Package giving rise to such claim minus all applicable taxes and third-party charges.
Do not forget to carry valid government photo ID proof while travelling. Valid ID proofs include passport, aadhar card, voter ID, and driving license.
You are advised to look at the reviews about hotels you are staying before booking the package. Amending the hotel after booking will attract additional charge of Rs.500 per person. Changing hotel /meal plan/ car/refund of unused meals on tour is not possible.
 Any legal disputes subject to jurisdiction in Mumbai Only

Payments:
Advance payment: 50% advance payment should be made to hold the booking on confirmed basis for all the services contracted. Balance payment 30 days prior to travel. It will be the right of the Trinity World Holidays Pvt Ltd to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service and the time left for the commencement of the tour. Full payment is required to be received in advance for the bookings during the peak season or Travel is within 30 days .
 
Cancellation charges:
Cancellation Charges per person
Prior to 30 days from travel date -Non-Refundable booking amount (Rs.5000)
Between 29 - 20 days from travel date- Non-refundable booking amount + 25% of the Tour cost
Between 19 - 15 days from travel date-Non-refundable booking amount + 50% of the Tour cost
Between 15 days till travel date-100% of the Tour cost
Cancellation / curtailment / amendment while on tour ,No Refund
Note 
The above mentioned cancellations are general cancellation policies and are subject to change depending on the travel date, destination, package and services booked and paid for.
During Blackout and surcharge periods, trade fairs and for all reconfirmed Bookings, the above Cancellation may not be applicable and may vary.

Refund.
Refund if any, of the cancelled booking will be given within 30 days after your notification.
