Arrive in Kolkata
On arrival at Kolkata Airport / Howrah Railway Station, meet & greet by the Local Representative and transfer to hotel to check-in. Rest of the day is at leisure to explore the city of Kolkata. Overnight stay at Kolkata. -
Day2
Kolkata local sightseeing
After breakfast, visit local sightseeing: Victoria Memorial, Eden Garden, St. Paul’s Cathedral, Dakshineswar Kali Temple, Belur Math, Indian Museum, and Birla Mandir. Evening visit Howrah Bridge. Overnight stay at Kolkata Hotel. -

Departure
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Kolkata Airport or Railway station for your journey back home with cherishable memories. TOUR ENDS......

- Entrance fees to the amusement parks & boating charges.
- Any portage at Airport and Hotels, tips, insurance, beverages, mineral water, telephone charges, and all items of personal nature.
- Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
- Expenses caused by the factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, road blocks, vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances, etc…

- This proposal includes standard 2/3* Hotels & room size may be small. Hotel Amenities & Breakfast spread may be less compare to 4* hotels & above.(Super deluxe OR Premium)
- We always recommend to go for 4* Hotels or above (Super deluxe OR Premium) for comfortable stay & also to enhance your overall holiday experience & services.
Terms & Conditions
- Package rates quoted are calculated at the prevailing rates on a twin-sharing basis and are subject to change in the event the government changes the tax policy/ if hotels change their rates or for situations beyond the control of Trinity World Holidays Pvt Ltd.
- Package rates quoted shall also vary due to changes in the itinerary, hotels, cars, and the number of persons travelling.
- Extra expenses incurred for transportation/accommodation due to delay, or any natural or political disturbances like landslides, strikes, road blocks, etc. must be borne by you on tour.
- Christmas Gala dinner for 24th December and New Year Gala dinner for 31st December will be charged extra.
- Individual passengers are responsible for the safety of personal/ valuable belongings.
- Hotel vouchers will be mailed to you in PDF format on receipt of full payment.
- Driver contact details will be given only 01 days prior to the commencement of your tour (between 5.00 p.m.- 7 p.m.)
- Air conditioning in the car/transport will be turned off while climbing Hills.
- The room heater is not included in the package. It's available with applicable charges, payable directly at the hotel
- Non-Ac rooms are provided in all hill stations.
- Cab service will be provided as per itinerary, not on a disposal basis. Cab Service booked (If any) in the package will be operational from 9 AM till 7 PM only. Cab will
- not be available after this time, until otherwise mentioned specifically.
- In the case of Triple shared room, a rolling mattress (Extra bed)will be provided for the third person
- Given hotels and rooms are in a confirmed state but in case of any unexpected situation or any technical fault which leads to the cancellation/overbooking of any booked Hotel, Trinity World Holidays reserves right to change the hotel and provide any other hotel of similar standard.
- In case of non-payment of the package cost or any unpaid component of the Package, the voucher shall stand null and void
- Trinity World holiday's entire liability to the Client for any claim arising out of this Package / browsing the website/ application shall be limited to the amount equivalent to the price paid by the Client for the Package giving rise to such a claim minus all applicable taxes and third-party charges.
- Do not forget to carry valid government photo ID proof while traveling. Valid ID proofs include a passport, aadhar card, voter ID, and driving license.
- You are advised to look at the reviews about the hotels you are staying in before booking the package. Amending the hotel after booking will attract an additional charge of Rs.500 per person. Changing hotel /meal plan/ car/refund of unused meals on tour is not possible.
