Day1
Arrive Bangalore
Arrival at Bangalore Airport or Bangalore/ Yeshwantpur Railway Station. Check in at the hotel and proceed for a half day sightseeing tour of Bangalore. Sightseeing points: Lal Baugh, Cubbon Park, Bangalore Palace, Tipu Sultan’s Palace, Isckon Temple, Planetarium or shopping at Brigade Road or MG Road. Overnight in Bangalore.

Day2
Bangalore – Mysore (Approx. 150 Kms / 4 Hrs)
After the delicious breakfast, Check out from Bangalore hotel and proceed to Mysore. On arriving at Mysore, check in to the hotel. Later proceed to enjoy the half day sightseeing tour of Mysore which covers Mysore Palace, Brindavan Gardens, Mysore Zoo, Railway museum, Lalitha Mahal Palace. After the sightseeing return to the hotel. Overnight at Mysore hotel.

Mysore – Coorg (Approx. 125 Kms / 3 Hrs)
After breakfast, check out and transfer to Coorg. Check in at the hotel and proceed for sightseeing. Spend the evening in leisure.

Coorg
After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing. Sightseeing points: Abbey Falls, Madikeri Fort, Omkareshwar Temple. Overnight stay in Coorg. Note: Brahmagiri Wildlife Sanctuary can be visited if you are visiting from Kerala since it is situated on Kerala – Karnataka border.

Coorg – Bangalore (Approx. 270 Kms / 5½ Hrs)
After breakfast, check out from Coorg hotel and transfer to Bangalore Airport or Railway Station to board the flight or train to hometown or next destination with lots of memories to cherish for longtime.

Expenses caused by the factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, road blocks, vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances, etc…

- This proposal includes standard 2/3* Hotels & room size may be small. Hotel Amenities & Breakfast spread may be less compare to 4* hotels & above.(Super deluxe OR Premium)
- We always recommend to go for 4* Hotels or above (Super deluxe OR Premium) for comfortable stay & also to enhance your overall holiday experience & services.
Terms & Conditions
Package rates quoted are calculated at the prevailing rates on Twin sharing and are subject to change in the event government changes the tax policy/ if hotels change their rates or for situations beyond control of Trinity World Holidays Pvt Ltd.
Packages rates quoted shall also vary due to changes in the itinerary, hotels, car and the number of persons travelling.
Extra expenses incurred for transportation/accommodation due to delay, any natural or political disturbances like landslides, strikes, road blocks etc. must be borne by you on tour.
Christmas Gala dinner for 24th December and New Year Gala dinner for 31st December will be charged extra.
Individual passengers are responsible for safety of personal/ valuable belongings.
Hotel vouchers will be mailed to you on PDF format on receipt of full payment .
Driver contact details will be given only 01 day prior to the commencement of your tour (between 5.00 pm- 7 pm)
Air conditioning in the car/transport will be turned off while climbing Hills.
Room heater is not included in the package. It's available with applicable charges, payable
directly at hotel
Non Ac rooms are provided in all hill stations.
Cab service will be provided as per itinerary, not on disposal basis. Cab Service booked (If any) in the package will be operational from 9 AM till 7 PM only. Cab will
not be available after this time, until and otherwise mentioned specifically.
In case of Triple sharing room, rolling mattress (Extra bed)will be provided for third person
Given hotels and rooms are on confirmed state but in case of any unexpected situation or any
technical fault which lead to the cancellation/overbooking of any booked Hotel, Trinity world holidays reserves
rights to change the hotel and provide any other hotel of similar standard.
In case of non-payment of package cost or any unpaid component of the Package, the voucher
shall stands null and void
Trinity World holidays entire liability to the Client for any claim arising out of this Package / browsing the
website/ application, shall be limited to the amount equivalent to the price paid by the Client for
the Package giving rise to such claim minus all applicable taxes and third-party charges.
Do not forget to carry valid government photo ID proof while travelling. Valid ID proofs include passport, aadhar card, voter ID, and driving license.
You are advised to look at the reviews about hotels you are staying before booking the package. Amending the hotel after booking will attract additional charge of Rs.500 per person. Changing hotel /meal plan/ car/refund of unused meals on tour is not possible.
Any legal disputes subject to jurisdiction in Mumbai Only
Payments:
Advance payment: 50% advance payment should be made to hold the booking on confirmed basis for all the services contracted. Balance payment 30 days prior to travel. It will be the right of the Trinity World Holidays Pvt Ltd to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service and the time left for the commencement of the tour. Full payment is required to be received in advance for the bookings during the peak season or Travel is within 30 days .
Cancellation charges:
Cancellation Charges per person
Prior to 30 days from travel date -Non-Refundable booking amount (Rs.5000)
Between 29 - 20 days from travel date- Non-refundable booking amount + 25% of the Tour cost
Between 19 - 15 days from travel date-Non-refundable booking amount + 50% of the Tour cost
Between 15 days till travel date-100% of the Tour cost
Cancellation / curtailment / amendment while on tour ,No Refund

The above mentioned cancellations are general cancellation policies and are subject to change depending on the travel date, destination, package and services booked and paid for.
During Blackout and surcharge periods, trade fairs and for all reconfirmed Bookings, the above Cancellation may not be applicable and may vary.

Refund.
Refund if any, of the cancelled booking will be given within 30 days after your notification.
