  • Day1
    Arrive in Srinagar

    Upon arrival at the Srinagar Airport, board the chosen vehicle and drive towards  Srinagar city. & sightseeing visit the Mughal Gardens , Nishat and Shailamar , later enjoy the famous shikara ride on Dal lake. Dinner and overnight in Houseboat/Hotel.

    Srinagar / Gulmarg 53 kms - 2 hrs drive one way

    After B/fast leave for day excursion to Gulmarg. This picturesque hill station, which is also know as the 'Meadow of Flowers', is conferred with flowering valleys, glimmering lakes and serene environment. Being a famous ski resort, it is visited by thousands of tourists all round the year. One of the major charm of this place is the world's highest 18-hole golf course – Gulmarg Golf Course.For a splendid view of snow-clad mountains, take a Gondola ride (ropeway) (Charges applicable). These cabin cars are spacious and can carry 6 adult at a time. One of the halt of these cars is the Kongdoor Valley, which is famous for adventure sports, such as sledging and mountain golfing. Evening return to Srinagar. Dinner and overnight in Houseboat/Hotel.

    Srinagar- Pahalgham - Srinagar {96 kms approx 3 hrs drive one way)

    Morning after breakfast, depart by road to visit Pahalgam.Full Day at Pahalgam. The origin of Pahalgam is incomprehensible. Mughal rulers ruled this region in the medieval period. It was later a part of the Kingdom of Kashmir, which was ruled by local Hindu rulers. This princely state remained independent even during the British period and later on combined into independent India. Pahalgam is a situated at the union of the Lidder Lake and the Sheshnag Lake. At a height of 2,130 m, Pahalgam hill station is a spectacular sight. At one point of time, the hill station used to serve as the village of shepherds. Even today, this one-time village with grand views stands untouched by the ravages of progress. Pahalgam now count amongst the best resorts of the Kashmir valley. Dinner and overnight in Houseboat/Hotel.

    Srinagar-Sonamarg - Kargil (206 kms approx 9 hrs drive)

    After breakfast leave for Kargil, enroute to Sonamarg (2740 mts) also known as 'The Meadow of Gold' or "The Gateway of Ladakh' Sonamarg and is surrounded by colorful mountains and thick Pine forests. Later continue drive to kargil pass through pass, Drass Village -2nd Coldest Inhabitant place in the World- for War memorial hall & Museum, reach Kargil, Dinner and overnight in Hotel.

  • Day5
    Kargil – Leh (230 Kms/ approx 9 Hrs)

    Morning after Breakfast leave for Leh, enroute visit Mulbek a giant Buddha Sculpture on Rock Mountain, Ladakh and have a wonderful view of spectacular view of Moon landscape. Lunch at Nurla / Saspol Village, post lunch leave for Leh, enroute to experience the Magnetic Hill, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara. Dinner and overnight in Hotel.

  • Day6
    Leh Sightseeing / 4-5 Hrs

    Morning after breakfast leave for Leh sightseeing tour by visiting Hall of Fame Museum, Spituk Gompa, Leh Fort & Shanti Stupa. Evening Free time at Leisure. Dinner and overnight in Hotel.

  • Day7
    Leh – Khardungla Nubra Valley 130 Kms/ 5-6 Hrs

    After Breakfast drive to Nubra Valley via Khardungla -Highest Motorable road in the World, 18,380 ft- post lunch, enjoy the camel safari at Sand Dunes between Deskit & Hundur Village, Dinner and overnight in Hotel/ Camp.

  • Day8
    Nubra Valley – Leh 130 Kms/ 5-6 Hrs

    After Breakfast visit Deskit Monastery (Big Buddha), from where you can have a wonderful view of Nubra Valley and drive back to Leh by same Route, crossing Khardungla Pass. Dinner and overnight in Hotel

  • Day9
    Leh - Pangong Lake 140 Kms/ 5-6 Hrs

    After Breakfast leave for Pangong Lake 14,500 ft, through Changla Pass 17,350 ft, (3rd Highest Motorable road in the world), Arrival at Camp, Later free time at Leisure and enjoy the color changing lake and the beautiful sun set on the banks of lake. Dinner and overnight in camp.

  • Day10
    Pangong Lake – Leh 140 KMs/ 5-6 Hrs

    Early morning enjoy the picturesque view of Sun rise on lake. After Breakfast drive back to Leh, on the way visit Thikse Monastery and Shey Palace. Dinner and overnight in Hotel.

  • Day11
    Leh Departure

    After breakfast early morning transfer to Leh airport to board flight back to destination. Journey Ends.

Terms & Conditions

There is no contract between Trinity World Holidays – A Unit of Trinity Air Travel and Tours Pvt Ltd (herein referred to as TWH for brevity)  and the client until TWH has received the payment in accordance with the procedures laid down under payment terms and conditions and the clients signs the Registration form as per the terms of TWH.  

The client will have to study, follow and abide by the terms and conditions of TWH absolve TWH of any claims for not understanding / reading the same.

All rates, unless otherwise stated, are per person on twin share basis in currency as mentioned in the rate sheet.

Reservations can be made through your travel agent or the nearest TWH office by paying a deposit of Rs. 10,000 per person at the time of booking. All bookings are subject to availability and the applicable conditions of each product/service.  This deposit will be adjusted against the total tour cost. 

All cheques / demand drafts must be made payable to TWH Certain services are payable in foreign exchange from the BTQ. The PAN Card copy will be required when payments exceeding Rs.25,000/- per person are made in cash.  Payments by Credit Card for services payable in foreign exchange can be accepted along with a signed declaration of payment from your BTQ. Govt of India service tax will be applicable for outbound travel; the rate will be indicated for each transaction at the time of signing the booking form. 

All bookings once confirmed as indicated in the booking form are not amendable. Transfer from one tour to another will be treated as cancellation and the relevant cancellation charges will apply and a fresh booking will have to be made.

No refund will be made for partially utilized / unutilized services.

In the event of any cancellation, the initial deposit amount paid shall stand forfeited and further cancellation shall be levied as per the terms and conditions on the relevant products.  All refunds will be payable in Rupees.  If your visa is not granted by the issuing authorities, the applicable cancellation fees will be payable.  The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing.

Obtaining passports and visas shall be the sole responsibility of the passenger, who hereby undertakes not to hold TWH liable under any circumstances whatsoever, for visas not applied for, refused and/or delayed documents and/or entries to/from the countries visited, for the sole responsibility to grant the travel documents rests and vests with the authorities concerned.  Without prejudice to the above preceding clause, an express notice is given to all concerned by TWH that they shall only assist passengers in securing and obtaining the necessary travel documents to the best of their ability. 

We strongly recommend that all our clients take travel insurance from TWH including but not limited to cancellation, delays, loss of deposit, 
medical expenses, personal accidents, loss of baggage and personal effects.  TWH makes it a condition that the client is fully covered by life, property and medical insurance policy without which TWH cannot be held responsible for any claims

All tour departures, itineraries, flights and hotels are subject to change with or without notice, as they are based on current schedules of transportation companies concerned.

All prices are subject to change based on revision in fares and fluctuations in the exchange rates.  In case of any increase, passengers will have to pay the difference.
Timings of conveyance are subject to change and consequently may be revised at any time.  The itinerary is subject to alteration before or during the tour with or without notice.

TWH does not accept responsibility for losses and additional expenses due to delays or changes in air, train, ships or other services, missed connections, sicknesses, weather, strike, quarantine or other causes howsoever caused and all such losses and expenses caused must be borne by the passenger.

All arrangements for the services are made by TWH in their capacity as agents only for and in the interest of the passengers, with respect to any air/land/sea transportation and hotel which may be included in the program, and as such, holds itself absolved of all liabilities for any injury, delay or damage from any cause, whatsoever, for which the passenger, by signing this contract undertakes to absolve TWH and/or it’s representatives from any legal claims.

All services are subject to the conditions and regulations referred to in the time tables, books, bills and notices of the companies concerned on whose airlines, steamers, railways, coaches and other transportation the passenger travels and the passenger by accepting TWH’s tour or any other service, 

All services & tours are subject to the rules & regulations of the Reserve Bank of India and Government of India and will operate as per the prevailing regulations & permissions being granted for such tours and services.

Any disputes arising out of/or in connection with the services, are subject to Indian Laws and the courts in Mumbai alone shall have jurisdiction.

No person other than the one authorized by TWH, in writing, has the authority to vary, add, amplify or waive any stipulation, representation term or condition in the brochure.

TWH shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the Client or any person traveling for:

a) Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and or damage or any misadventure howsoever caused.
a) Any act, omission, default of independent contractor such as hotelier, hotel owner, owner of any airlines or shipping company, railway, ferryboat owner, operator, coach owner, operator, etc. or any other person or by any servant or agent, employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facilities or service for the Client or for any person traveling with him, howsoever caused 
b) The temporary or permanent loss of or damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever caused, in this condition, the expression “howsoever caused” includes negligence on the part of any person except the negligence on the part of TWH. 
c) No liability on the part of TWH arising in any way out of this contract in respect of any tour, holiday, excursion facility, shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for the tour / holiday and shall in no case include any consequential loss of additional expense whatsoever

Each of these conditions shall be severable from the other and if any provisions were invalid, illegal or not enforceable the remaining provisions shall nevertheless have full force and effect.

The communication directed at the address of the Client as disclosed in the Registration Form shall be deemed to have been communicated to the client.  Travel agent through whom a client books will act to relay information from client to TWH and vice versa.  TWH shall not be responsible for any error on part of such travel agent in this regard.

TWH shall not be responsible and/of liable for any damage caused to Client due to reasons beyond the control of TWH (force majeure / Vis majeure) no liability on the part of TWH arising in any way out of this contract, in respect of any tour, holiday, excursion facility shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for the tour, holiday and shall in no case include any consequential loss or additional expenses whatsoever.

Each and every party/or passenger (hereinafter called Client), shall deal with TWH on an express and specific condition and understanding that not withstanding any clause, provision, custom or usage, TWH shall not be liable to in any manner whatsoever in connection with the documentation, baggage, registration, reservation, transportation, insurance, accident, delay, cancellation, suspension, improper arrangements or any other eventuality.  The Client dealing with TWH, shall be bound by this specific understanding and shall not bring, make or raise any action, demand or claim against TWH and / or it’s employees, Directors and shall also indemnify TWH, if any claim is made or action is brought by any part claiming through the client against it because of his dealing with TWH and shall always keep TWH and or its employees fully indemnified against any claims howsoever caused.

No claim or complaint of whatsoever nature and or any claim for damages shall be entertained and or admitted for consideration if lodged with the company beyond 30 days of end of our services.  Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained in the TWH brochures is correct at the time of going to press, TWH reserves the right to vary, amend, cancel, withdraw, change the operator or increase prices.
