Day1
Arrival in Leh
After arrival at Leh Airport, you would be transferred to hotel for check-in. Today you are free for leisure & acclimatization. This way you can also become familiar with the high altitude. Overnight stay at Leh hotel.

Day2
Leh Sightseeing
After breakfast we visit Hall of Fame War Museum – a museum constructed by the Indian Army in memory of the brave Indian soldiers who laid down their lives defending the motherland in the Indo-Pak wars, Patthar Sahib Gurudwara - a beautiful Gurudwara sahib constructed in the memory of Guru Nanak, Magnetic Hill – also known as Gravity Hill where vehicles defy the force of gravity, Sangam of the rivers Indus & Zanskar – two of Himalaya's great rivers; Zanskar and Indus merge to form a spectacular view. In the evening, we enjoy the folk dance show.

Day3
Leh – Khardungla Pass – Nubra Valley
Today after an early breakfast you would be driven to Nubra Valley. Enroute visit Khardungla-la-Pass, the highest motorable road in the world at 18,380ft. Nubra valley is popularly known as valley of flowers. Arrive at Hunder & check in at Hotel / Camps. Later visit Diskit village & enjoy the Camel ride on sand dunes. Overnight stay at hotel/camp.

Day4
Nubra Valley – Pangong Lake
Today we proceed to Pangong Tso, also known as Pangong Lake - one of the world's highest saltwater lakes. The most notable feature of this lake are its ever-changing hues. The lake acts as an important breeding ground for a large variety of migratory birds like Brahmani Ducks, Rare black necked cranes and Seagulls. -
Day5
Pangong Lake – Leh
After breakfast we proceed to Leh via Changla pass, one of the highest motor-able road in the world. The name Changla pass literally means "Northern Pass" (Chang means north and La means Pass). Enroute visit Hemis Gompa – a Himalayan Buddhist monastery which is believed to be the wealthiest and the biggest monastery in Leh.

Day6
Leh Sightseeing
After breakfast proceed to visit Shey Palace – used to be the summer retreat of the royal family of Ladakh, Sindhu Darshan - one of the longest rivers in Asia, Rancho School - also known as Druk White Lotus school, Photo stop at Thiksey monastery, Later we visit Shanti Stupa – built by the Japanese monks to promote world peace. In the evening, we have free time for shopping. Overnight stay at hotel.

Departure from Leh
After breakfast, get transferred to Leh Airport for boarding the flight to your destination.

Exclusions
- Any meals other than those mentioned in inclusion.
- Any Airfare/Train fare.
- Any transportation which is not mentioned in the itinerary.
- Christmas Gala dinner for 24th December and New Year Gala dinner for 31st December will be charged extra.
- Entrance fees to the amusement parks & boating charges.
- Any portage at Airport and Hotels, tips, insurance, beverages, mineral water, telephone charges, and all items of personal nature.
- Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
- Expenses caused by the factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, road blocks, vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances, etc…
- GST 5% will be charged on the total bill
Terms & Conditions
There is no contract between Trinity World Holidays – A Unit of Trinity Air Travel and Tours Pvt Ltd (herein referred to as TWH for brevity) and the client until TWH has received the payment in accordance with the procedures laid down under payment terms and conditions and the clients signs the Registration form as per the terms of TWH.
The client will have to study, follow and abide by the terms and conditions of TWH absolve TWH of any claims for not understanding / reading the same.
RATES
All rates, unless otherwise stated, are per person on twin share basis in currency as mentioned in the rate sheet.
BOOKINGS AND DEPOSITS
Reservations can be made through your travel agent or the nearest TWH office by paying a deposit of Rs. 10,000 per person at the time of booking. All bookings are subject to availability and the applicable conditions of each product/service. This deposit will be adjusted against the total tour cost.
PAYMENT
All cheques / demand drafts must be made payable to TWH Certain services are payable in foreign exchange from the BTQ. The PAN Card copy will be required when payments exceeding Rs.25,000/- per person are made in cash. Payments by Credit Card for services payable in foreign exchange can be accepted along with a signed declaration of payment from your BTQ. Govt of India service tax will be applicable for outbound travel; the rate will be indicated for each transaction at the time of signing the booking form.
AMENDMENT
All bookings once confirmed as indicated in the booking form are not amendable. Transfer from one tour to another will be treated as cancellation and the relevant cancellation charges will apply and a fresh booking will have to be made.
UNUSED SERVICES
No refund will be made for partially utilized / unutilized services.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
In the event of any cancellation, the initial deposit amount paid shall stand forfeited and further cancellation shall be levied as per the terms and conditions on the relevant products. All refunds will be payable in Rupees. If your visa is not granted by the issuing authorities, the applicable cancellation fees will be payable. The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Obtaining passports and visas shall be the sole responsibility of the passenger, who hereby undertakes not to hold TWH liable under any circumstances whatsoever, for visas not applied for, refused and/or delayed documents and/or entries to/from the countries visited, for the sole responsibility to grant the travel documents rests and vests with the authorities concerned. Without prejudice to the above preceding clause, an express notice is given to all concerned by TWH that they shall only assist passengers in securing and obtaining the necessary travel documents to the best of their ability.
INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that all our clients take travel insurance from TWH including but not limited to cancellation, delays, loss of deposit,
medical expenses, personal accidents, loss of baggage and personal effects. TWH makes it a condition that the client is fully covered by life, property and medical insurance policy without which TWH cannot be held responsible for any claims
RESPONSIBILITY
All tour departures, itineraries, flights and hotels are subject to change with or without notice, as they are based on current schedules of transportation companies concerned.
All prices are subject to change based on revision in fares and fluctuations in the exchange rates. In case of any increase, passengers will have to pay the difference.
Timings of conveyance are subject to change and consequently may be revised at any time. The itinerary is subject to alteration before or during the tour with or without notice.
TWH does not accept responsibility for losses and additional expenses due to delays or changes in air, train, ships or other services, missed connections, sicknesses, weather, strike, quarantine or other causes howsoever caused and all such losses and expenses caused must be borne by the passenger.
All arrangements for the services are made by TWH in their capacity as agents only for and in the interest of the passengers, with respect to any air/land/sea transportation and hotel which may be included in the program, and as such, holds itself absolved of all liabilities for any injury, delay or damage from any cause, whatsoever, for which the passenger, by signing this contract undertakes to absolve TWH and/or it’s representatives from any legal claims.
All services are subject to the conditions and regulations referred to in the time tables, books, bills and notices of the companies concerned on whose airlines, steamers, railways, coaches and other transportation the passenger travels and the passenger by accepting TWH’s tour or any other service,
All services & tours are subject to the rules & regulations of the Reserve Bank of India and Government of India and will operate as per the prevailing regulations & permissions being granted for such tours and services.
Any disputes arising out of/or in connection with the services, are subject to Indian Laws and the courts in Mumbai alone shall have jurisdiction.
No person other than the one authorized by TWH, in writing, has the authority to vary, add, amplify or waive any stipulation, representation term or condition in the brochure.
TWH shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the Client or any person traveling for:
a) Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and or damage or any misadventure howsoever caused.
a) Any act, omission, default of independent contractor such as hotelier, hotel owner, owner of any airlines or shipping company, railway, ferryboat owner, operator, coach owner, operator, etc. or any other person or by any servant or agent, employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facilities or service for the Client or for any person traveling with him, howsoever caused
b) The temporary or permanent loss of or damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever caused, in this condition, the expression “howsoever caused” includes negligence on the part of any person except the negligence on the part of TWH.
c) No liability on the part of TWH arising in any way out of this contract in respect of any tour, holiday, excursion facility, shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for the tour / holiday and shall in no case include any consequential loss of additional expense whatsoever
Each of these conditions shall be severable from the other and if any provisions were invalid, illegal or not enforceable the remaining provisions shall nevertheless have full force and effect.
COMMUNICATION
The communication directed at the address of the Client as disclosed in the Registration Form shall be deemed to have been communicated to the client. Travel agent through whom a client books will act to relay information from client to TWH and vice versa. TWH shall not be responsible for any error on part of such travel agent in this regard.
FORCE MAJEURE
TWH shall not be responsible and/of liable for any damage caused to Client due to reasons beyond the control of TWH (force majeure / Vis majeure) no liability on the part of TWH arising in any way out of this contract, in respect of any tour, holiday, excursion facility shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for the tour, holiday and shall in no case include any consequential loss or additional expenses whatsoever.
IMPORTANT
Each and every party/or passenger (hereinafter called Client), shall deal with TWH on an express and specific condition and understanding that not withstanding any clause, provision, custom or usage, TWH shall not be liable to in any manner whatsoever in connection with the documentation, baggage, registration, reservation, transportation, insurance, accident, delay, cancellation, suspension, improper arrangements or any other eventuality. The Client dealing with TWH, shall be bound by this specific understanding and shall not bring, make or raise any action, demand or claim against TWH and / or it’s employees, Directors and shall also indemnify TWH, if any claim is made or action is brought by any part claiming through the client against it because of his dealing with TWH and shall always keep TWH and or its employees fully indemnified against any claims howsoever caused.
No claim or complaint of whatsoever nature and or any claim for damages shall be entertained and or admitted for consideration if lodged with the company beyond 30 days of end of our services. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained in the TWH brochures is correct at the time of going to press, TWH reserves the right to vary, amend, cancel, withdraw, change the operator or increase prices.
